2. Use of Website
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Conduct: You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. Property Rules
Family Friendly Property: This is a family-friendly property. Guests must obey all property restrictions. Violations will lead to check-in denial.
Noise Policy: Loud sounds clearly audible to adjacent rooms are strictly prohibited after 10 PM.
Narcotics and Alcohol: The use of narcotics and alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the campus.
COVID-19 Precautions: Due to COVID-19, guests are requested to use sanitizers and masks inside the campus. Towels are provided on request only due to COVID-19 surveillance, and extra towels are chargeable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in are free for the entire booking or partial booking as per the normal per-room rates.
50% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
25% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made in the last 4 days before check-in will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
100% Charge: Cancellations made within the last 2 days before check-in are fully chargeable. For long stays, a one-night charge at normal rates will apply.
Exemptions: Cancellations due to natural calamities, serious illness, or government-imposed travel restrictions are exempted at any time and will receive a full refund.
5. Additional Charges
Extra Person: An extra person will be charged Rs 1000 per head. An extra child above 5 years will be charged Rs 500 per head.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Damages: Damage to linens, bedspreads, towels, and any other articles will be charged at full cost.
Inverter Backup: We operate with inverter backup during emergency power failures. This will not be considered a valid reason to deny rooms during natural calamities or local emergencies.
6. Campfire and Barbecue Facilities
Campfire: Campfires will be organized based on group volume and weather conditions. They are not private and on-site requests will be charged Rs 750.
Barbecue: Barbecue facilities will be provided based on demand. Guests must bring their own coal.
7. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
